The largest machine bay (5 Bay, pictured above) comprises of a machine bed which covers half of the entire bay (34.5 M x 14.7M)
CNC Ram borers surround this huge bedplate enabling very large work pieces to be machined, their weight only governed by the weight limits of the overhead cranes.

The photograph left shows rolling mill housings and housing posts being machined on the huge surface plate which is 34.5 metres long by 14.7 metres wide.
This unique facility enables very large castings and fabrications to be machined with minimal set-up time.
