Quality Management Systems are an integral part of our business and we are approved and certified to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 by the UKAS accredited Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA). Approval certificate LRQ 0955564. BASEEFA Certification.
In addition the Company has a Rolls Royce approval for the design, manufacture and installation of fabricated equipment in aid of the nuclear submarine programme.
Welding controls are in accordance with BS EN ISO 3834-2:2005 (Quality Assurance System for Welding Control)
The Company scope of approval covers all aspects of our business, from the receipt of the initial client enquiry, to the installation, commissioning and ongoing support of equipment supplied.
This accreditation means that our clients can be confident that we are fully capable of designing; project managing, fabricating, machining, installing and commissioning products to their most stringent demands and specifications.
Mechanical Inspectors, Fabrication Inspectors and qualified Quality Engineers support the Quality Assurance System and ensure compliance with customer contractual requirements through the implementation of approved quality plans and adherence to British / European and American Standards.
Weld procedures are qualified by supporting Procedure Qualification Records and the company Metallurgist ensures that welders’ approvals are in accordance with EN 287, EN 288 and the appropriate stress relieving requirements.
