Quality Management Systems are an integral part of our business and the company quality philosophy and objectives are demonstrated and supported by approval and certification to ISO 9001:2000 by the UKAS accredited Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA). Approval certificate LRQ0955564.
Welding controls are in accordance with BS EN ISO 3834-2:2005 (Quality Assurance System for Welding Control).
The company scope of approval covers all aspects of our business, from the receipt of the initial customer enquiry, to the installation, commissioning and ongoing support of equipment supplied. This accreditation means that our customers can be confident that we are fully capable of designing, project managing, fabricating, machining, installing and commissioning products to their most stringent demands and specifications.
Mechanical Inspectors, Fabrication Inspectors and qualified Quality Engineers support the Quality Assurance System and ensure compliance with customer contractual requirements through the implementation of approved quality plans and adherence to British/European and American Standards.
In house and contract specific weld procedures are qualified by supporting Procedure Qualification Records and the Company ensures that welders’ approvals are in accordance with EN 287 and EN 288 European Standards.
